Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes we will keep you updated. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second one when your order ships out.

Will I get a tracking number with my order?

Yes, once your order ships out you will receive an email with the update as well as your tracking number. Orders are shipped out via USPS.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we offer shipping to the US and Canada. We are working on getting shipping available internationally as well.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Our jewelry is amazing quality, but to prolong the life of the jewelry here are a few tips:

  • Remove jewelry before showering entering a body of water

  • Avoid spraying perfume or body mists directly onto jewelry

  • Avoid applying lotions/body oils directly on the jewelry

  • Keep jewelry in the velvet pouch we provide for safe keeping

What is your policy on exchanges/returns?

If you received a damaged item we will exchange the item as long as there is sufficient stock of that item.

If you are unsatisfied with your item you will have 7 days (from the day you received the order) to return it back to us. The cost of shipping is your responsibility. You will receive a refund within 72 hours of items return to us.
